The man that took us to drop off the U-Haul at this place is very compassionate, we didn't get his name and I didn't get out of the SUV, but Rodney was telling him how the window got busted being parked at the windsufer hotel and he gave him good advice and took money off his charge and he didn't have to do that. So that's hope they are still good ppl left. Thank you sir

Started out with a 10x15 indoor climate control unit. Was given same price as quoted on the phone and the process of signing up and getting registered is very easy and crystal was so very helpful in answering any questions i had as well as when it was time to see my unit she accompanied and made sure I knew where to go and how to access through the locked gate. Theres plenty of cameras and you have to enter a code you choose for you every time you enter and exit so safety is not a worrt to me at all. My other unit is a 10x10 still indoor still climate control and they even transferred monies left from previous account onto this so the transition was seamless and easy. Just make sure you clean your unit when you depart ..i like to leave things nicer than when i found them.. Apply that and youll get any deposits back and avoid a cleanout fee

System for returning uhaul equipment was down as well as the link to return the equipment the same day I purchased expired it should expire in 2 days not 2 hours for same day rentals... Was on the phone for hours trying to return uhaul equipment.

Brittney and Richard are awesome!! They were so helpful and friendly as I rented my first truck to move into my new home. They both answered all of my questions and everything about this business is well maintained, clean, and bright. I would certainly recommend Strand Storage Center to anyone in the area.

Great place to rent a uhaul

I rented a trailer from here. The people were very nice an helpful. Was a pain free and simple transaction.

Angel is an angel! Her Mom named her well! She helped us with moving, storing our homes contents and than moving again. Stress and anxiety were never in our experience thanks to Angel. It makes such a difference when employees care about customer satisfaction. Angel gets 5 stars of course as well as 5 halos from us!

Lois was very helpful in finding the size for my needs. Price was very good. Clean and organized facility. The unit was clean and dry. Units are elevated. Very good service and paperless contract.

WOW where do I begin, this is the greatest storage in myrtle beach SC. I have used a lot of storage companies in my life, due to many different jobs i have had to take due to the reccesion. This storage company is the best I have ever used. For storage in myrtle beach you cant beat strand storage. Fair pricing and clean storage units it doesnt get any better. This storage in myrtle beach sc has the best storage for your price, and guess what they are locally owned, crazy right a storage in myrtle beach locally owned its great!
